Job Posting Summary

The Student Services Support Center is a comprehensive department within Mercy College that includes the student contact center, admissions processing, and the transfer articulation team. The office handles almost 140,000 incoming calls per year while processing all new applications and supporting documents. Outreach to complete applications and increase registration is performed on a continual basis. The Transfer Team works directly with incoming transfer students completing credit evaluations as well as building and maintaining Degree Works audits for more than 90 programs at Mercy.

At the very core, the Student Services Support Center works to ensure all students, faculty, and staff are well connected, aware of the vast resources available at Mercy College, and all working towards the common goal of student success.

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Student Services Support Center, the Coordinator will assist in the processing of the daily activities of the Student Services Support Center supporting Admissions, the Office of Enrollment Services ensuring the professional, efficient and compliant counseling of students and the processing of said student records.

• Proven resiliency in maintaining a spirited approach to organizing and executing events.
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to travel on a daily basis and work weekends and evenings

Education Required or Min Education Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college required. Master’s degree preferred
